Delivery takes 3/7 working days from full payment. For Paypal
Payments and Credit or Debit Card Payments by phone your order begins to be
processed that day. Cheques are held for 7 days to clear then your order is
processed. We are unable to process your order or dispatch any goods without
a daytime contact telephone number so please try to remember to include that
with your payment.
All our goods are fully insured free of charge until the point
of delivery. At the time of delivery you have the option to cancel your insurance
or keep it active.
Please inspect your purchase at the time of delivery. The courier
has to give you time to do this. You are inspecting for any damage that may
have happened in transit. Although accidents in transit are thankfully rare
they can happen and good packaging is no indication. If the courier becomes
impatient or will not permit you to inspect your goods, when he asks you to
sign for the delivery do not sign unchecked, SIGN YOUR NAME AND DAMAGED. To
sign the courier sheet any way except your NAME AND DAMAGED means that you are
accepting the goods have been delivered in good order and you are cancelling
your replacement insurance against any damage. By inspecting for damage or by
signing as damaged you are fully insured for replacement. Insurance is the responsibility
of the buyer. We do not replace goods free of charge when the buyer cancels
the replacement insurance INSPECT THE GOODS PLEEEEAAASEE.
We use several courier firms. Each firm works in a different
way prior to delivery. One firm will phone to book the delivery time with you
in advance whereas another requires you to be given a tracking number from which
we can tell you the day of delivery. If you require to know the exact time of
delivery you can then phone that courier using the tracking number. You will
be emailed delivery instructions informing you on which courier we will be sending
your goods or you can contact us in advance with any queries firstname.lastname@example.org.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT. Our VAT registration number is GB 852
6947 88. We are happy to provide a VAT invoice at purchase by request. We do
not provide goods with VAT deducted at source for residential customers in
the Channel Islands etc. We happy to provide VAT deducted at source for our
regular non-UK trade buyers only.
Please inspect your stove goods at delivery. If it is damaged in any way
send it back immediately with the delivering courier, then phone us. We will
dispatch a replacement to you the following day.
We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not
meet your expectations you may notify us that you wish to return it within 7
working days after the day of delivery. All we ask is that it arrives back
in the orginal condition. We recommend this includes original packaging,
with your name and address in BOLD letters of the outside of the box or
crate. This should avoid the products being damaged on their return journey.
It is the customers responsiblity to take reasonable care of the goods prior
to return. We will then issue a full refund minus any carriage charges.
Our liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods
supplied. We shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense
or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to
third parties incurred by the buyer. Woodburning Stoves Limited shall be
under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or
indirect resulting from the supply of goods.
